Now based in Southampton, I have worked for some of the world's leading telecommunications companies, including AT&T Bell Labs/Lucent in New Jersey, 3COM, Plantronics and within the Innovation team at Plantronics, known as PLT Labs.  

I have designed the antennae and/or the RF circuitry for a variety of Bluetooth, BLE, DECT and Wi-Fi based IOT products and wearable devices including: Headsets, Dongles, Handsets, Base Stations, iBeacons and several other body worn products.  I have significant experience in the use of antenna design and simulation tools such as CST Microwave Studio, EM.Cube Tempo and Sim4life. I have several patents/applications relating to design and manufacture of wireless products and systems.

I set up Radtenna with the aim of providing small and medium-sized companies with the RF and Antenna design resource required to bring their ideas to fruition, without the expense of hiring full-time staff. I am passionate about design and technology and I'm looking forward to being part of the Internet of Things revolution.

  • Design of RF circuits to 6 GHz, (CT2, DECT, WCPE, Bluetooth, Bluetooth LE,  802.11a/b/g Wireless LAN and UWB )
  • Design of single and multi-band Antennas to 6 GHz; Recently designed a Tri-band antenna to cover 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi spectrum.
