​Design of multiple concept antennas 

Design of multiple concept antenna solutions for a Bluetooth Wearable. A variety of concepts were requested by the client as the final form-factor and product case material had not yet been selected. The client was keen to achieve the right balance of ergonomics and performance, so this early stage concept investigation helped them make informed design trade-offs based on actual performance data.

Design of a 2.4 GHz embedded PCB antenna for a remote-control lighting system. The new design replaced an existing poorly performing solution.
2.4 GHz PCB Antenna

​Design of PCB based Quadband antenna for a GSM/GPS tracking system.

Working from my home office/lab for Galleos Ltd,  the design of a quadband embedded PCB antenna to cover the GSM 850/900 and DCS1800/PCS1900 frequency bands. The new design replaced an existing off-board solution as part of a product cost reduction exercise.

Located at the client’s own test facility, the test, analyses and report generation for multiple products to specific compliance aspects relating to the latest version of ETSI EN 300 328 (V2.1.1).
